MarketSignalIndex does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Pricing, availability, and signal data are indicative only and represent observations from a limited data perspective — not comprehensive market surveys. Users must independently verify all information before making purchasing or business decisions.

Nothing on this site constitutes procurement advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any product. MarketSignalIndex is not a party to any transaction between users and sellers.

3. Limitation of liability

MarketSignalIndex's total cumulative liability for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if no fees have been paid.
